Protection
We shall keep the shipment with adequate protection such as bubble wrappers, card board and card slab protectors as the case may be.
Shipping
Flat rate of HK$19 (inclusive of handling fee) is chargeable for shipping in Hong Kong. Flat rate of HK$58 (inclusive of handling fee) is chargeable for shipping outside Hong Kong.
We use registered mail for overseas (other than Hong Kong) purchases, and ordinary / registered post for Hong Kong purchases for flat rates.
For some countries, Hong Kong post does not offer service to or there may be temporary suspension of service. In that case, separate courier service will be arranged and in case that the shipment cost far exceeds HK$58 at the buyer’s costs.
The posting time reference can be referred to the Hong Kong Post website (only for reference because the postage time may be longer in covid-19 period). The risk of mailing loss goes to the buyer. If you want a higher tier of shipping at an additional shipping cost at your expense, such as speed-post, please feel free to discuss with us. Local delivery has an HK$50 additional delivery fee on top of all costs.
Description of the items for sale
The item you receive shall be the exact one you see in the photo in the product information. The cards are mostly graded by reputable grading companies such as PSA, BGS and CGC and by buying you rely on the policy of the respective grading companies as to their guarantee(s). For instance, see CGC guarantee here. we give no warranty about the condition of the cards.
Refunds policy
All purchases are final and no refunds in all purchases save as to the provisions here otherwise stated.
Taxes
Import taxes, sales taxes (if any) and others of the buyer’s country is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The sale price is tax-exclusive and we are not collecting any tax on behalf of the buyer and the buyer warrants to fully indemnify me the responsibility of tax of his/her country in case it arises.
